Untuk mewujudkan tekad tersebut, kami PT Elite Air Industrial selalu berupaya untuk tidak melakukan atau membenarkan hal-hal berikut di dalam perusahaan:


1. Corruption, driving under the influence, or engaging in fights.

1. Korupsi, mengendarai saat mabuk, bertengkar.

2. Violating Information Confidentiality Management Regulations that may cause harm to others.

2. Melanggar Peraturan Manjemen Kerahasiaan Informasi yang menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi pihak lain.

3. Human errors that lead to material delays or shipment postponements.

3. Kesalahan manusia yang menyebabkan keterlambatan material dan penundaan pengiriman.

4. Repeated poor work habits (more than three times in the same year) that negatively impact others.

4. Kebiasaan kerja buruk yang diulangi lebih dari tiga kali dalam tahun yang sama, yang mempengaruhi/memberikan dampak buruk bagi pihak lain.

5. Giving incorrect instructions that cause company losses.

5. Memberikan perintah secara salah dan menyebabkan kerugian perusahaan.

6. Frequently recurring issues that are not corrected or resolved.

6. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi, tetapi tidak diperbaiki atau diselesaikan.

7. Knowingly providing false data and failing to report such misconduct.

7. Memberikan data palsu secara sadar, tetapi tidak melaporkan tindakan salah tersebut.

8. Directly or indirectly disclosing internal information to others.

8. Secara langsung atau tidak langsung memberitahukan informasi internal kepada orang lain.

9. Using, speaking, or acting based on inaccurate data that misleads others.

9. Menggunakan/berbicara/melakukan sesuatu berdasarkan data yang tidak benar dan mempengaruhi orang lain.

10. Littering or improper waste disposal.

10. Membuang sampah sembarangan.


This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically in accordance with organizational needs and recommendations approved by top management. It is also available to interested parties upon request.

Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui secara berkala sesuai kebutuhan organisasi serta rekomendasi yang disetujui oleh Management puncak, kebijakan ini juga tersedia untuk pihak yang berkepentingan atas permintaan interested part.
